Position Summary
Join our development kitchen to formulate next-generation value-added meat and alternative protein products. You will run sensory test trials, optimize shelf-life, select clean-label ingredients, and scale formulations from kitchen bench to high-volume automated lines.
Requirements & Qualifications
• BS or MS in Food Technology, Food Science, or Culinary Science.
• 3-5 years experience developing meat formulations, seasoning blends, or plant-based proteins.
• Experience conducting sensory evaluation panels.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, food chemistry, and food safety regulations.
